• Please notify us if you'd like to return an item. If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund.
• Your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Items should arrive within 14 days of us being notified.

To complete your return:

1. Please email raineandroam@gmail.com to let us know your order number and what you would like to return.

2. Pack any unwanted items, along with original documents and returns info in the original packaging or secure box/bag.

3. Send your package to: Raine + Roam, 14 Ravelston House Park, Edinburgh, EH4 3LU

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All our clothes are designed for comfort and a relaxed fit. With lots of boxy and roomy styles suitable for all body shapes, our clothes are less size-sensitive.

Here are our tips for shopping our sizes:

For a newborn- 0-3m will be a perfect fit for most babies for the first 3 months. You can choose a size up if you want more room to grow into.

For toddlers- we recommend sizing up with tops for a more relaxed look. For bottoms & onesies, choose the appropriate age size. If in doubt, always size up.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know its on it's way. This will include the tracking number for you.

All of our orders come wrapped in the raine + roam signature wrapping to make your life easier when it comes to purchasing gifts for loved ones!

Machine wash on a gentle cycle with like colors. Air dry when possible to maintain that perfect fit and preserve the quality of your pieces.

A little wrinkle adds character – these pieces are meant to look beautifully worn from all those adventures! For stubborn stains, treat gently with your usual stain remover or soap before washing.

P.S For smaller accessories we recommend washing with your delicates!
